See sample images in the product gallery.

Cut Out's for North Pole Village: Order an 8x8 piece in Cotton Poplin (creamy white, very smooth, thin), Petal Signature Cotton (bright white, thicker threads), Organic Cotton Knit (waiting on a sample, unsure as to the texture and color), or a fabric of your choice. How does it help you? It has all cut-out/appliqué elements designed, printed, and ready for you to cut out and apply to your project.

Embroidery Outline for North Pole Village: Order a FatQuarter (21" x 18") in Lightweight Cotton Twill (thicker, tight weave, bright white), Essex Linen (antique white, thinner weave), Linen Cotton Canvas (waiting on a sample, unsure as to the texture and color), or another fabric of your choice. How does it help you? The design is a 14" x 14" canvas with the North Pole Village outline printed on the center, so you don't have to transfer the pattern yourself, and can stitch directly on the fabric you've ordered.

If you want to order the optional Spoonflower fabrics to utilize the applique technique and save some time, order (1) an 8x8 size of the 'cut outs' design and (2) a 'fat quarter' size of the 'outline' design using THIS LINK.

* For the cut-outs I'd recommend Cotton Poplin, Petal Signature Cotton, Lightweight Cotton Twill, or Linen Cotton Canvas.

* For the outline fabric I'd recommend: Lightweight Cotton Twill, Linen Cotton Canvas, or Essex Linen.

* See the instagram links above for close-ups and descriptions of fabric options.
Remember, this pattern offers many possibilities! Whether you’re recreating my design and choices exactly, or trying something unique and making it your own (as with all Stitch People patterns), the goal is to have fun and create something that feels you.

Perfectly imperfect is perfectly fine!
