How do I login?

Head to the account page (the little person icon in the header), enter your email address, get the 6-digit code from your inbox, then enter that to log in! It's that easy 😁 No more keeping track of passwords or going through password resets. As long as you have access to your email account, you're good to go!

How do I access my digital downloads?

Any digital products you've purchased from us (as far back as 2014!) will be available in the Digital Downloads area of your account!

 

If you don't see your downloads there, log out and try logging in with any other email addresses you may have used to make purchases over the years—be sure to check any email addresses tied to PayPal accounts, for example.

 

Need to merge two accounts into one? If you have digital downloads spread across two accounts, send us an email—info@stitchpeople.com—and we'll help you out by merging your accounts (and order history) into a single account.

How do I access my class recordings?

Any classes you've purchased are available here in your account area!

How does Print-on-Demand (POD) work?

With POD, we use a worldwide network of printers to print and ship our books to customers. When you order a book that's part of our POD program, the printer closest to you will print and ship your book directly to you. Your book will typically arrive 2-3 weeks after you place your order.

 

That 2-3 week waiting period is one reason why all our POD physical books always include the PDF version—we want you to be able to get started designing with the digital version while you're waiting for your printed book!

 

For many customers outside the U.S., using POD will likely mean your book will be printed and shipped from somewhere closer to you—perhaps even in your own country! This reduces the risk of getting charged additional customs and duties.

 

The POD program also helps us reduce our warehousing costs since we won't have to pay a warehouse to store and ship our books. We still have some products at the warehouse, so we're discounting those things until they're sold out and we can move everything to POD!

Can I merge two accounts with different email addresses?

Absolutely! Send us an email—info@stitchpeople.com—and we'll help verify that you own both accounts and then merge them for you. This will combine your order history, digital downloads, and classes into a single account.

Where can I find my order history?

Your entire order history can be found in the new Account area here! If you don't see your full order history, consider whether you've made purchases under any other email addresses (we see this most commonly when using PayPal for payment) and try logging out and logging in with that other email address.

If you've tried that and you're still not seeing your full order history, send us an email—info@stitchpeople.com—and we'll help track it down for you!

What's the status of the Stitch People Club?

Running a subscription program on our new website is more expensive than it's currently worth, so we're putting the Stitch People Club on pause for now! We've been trimming it back the last few months anyway—our Sip n' Stitches are now live on YouTube for anyone to watch every month, we're not doing classes anymore, and we're going to offer the new monthly patterns as one-time purchases going forward! If you had an active Club subscription at the time we launched our new website, you monthly charge will stop.

Is anything else changing?

Nope, just the website! We're continuing our move to Print-on-Demand (POD) so that we can eliminate our warehousing costs. All these changes are ultimately in an effort to simplify the management of Stitch People and make things more efficient. This will allow us to offer better service with less effort!
