💙💛 About Ukrainian Traditional Embroidery:

Ukrainian embroidery (vyshyvanka) is a cherished cultural tradition with deep historical roots. Each region of Ukraine has its own distinctive patterns, colors, and motifs that tell stories of heritage, protection, and identity. By stitching these traditional designs, you're participating in a centuries-old craft tradition and celebrating Ukrainian culture.

🌍 Our Values:

Stitch People's core values include being a kind community and embracing humanity. We believe in helping people in need when we can, and we encourage everyone to pursue charitable efforts that speak to their hearts with whatever time and resources they have available.

🎨 Floss Color Disclaimer
As discussed in Do-It-Yourself Stitch People, every family portrait is entirely unique and so making floss color suggestions won't apply to every situation. I encourage you to utilize your own creativity and enjoy the process of color matching to photos to make selections appropriate to the families, memories, and scenes you choose to build with these patterns! You can do it!
