I just received a copy of the 2nd edition of Stitch People (the big book) as a gift. Inside are the directions/guidance I was looking for in this book. I did not realize this book was not meant as a stand-alone, but as a companion book (addendum) to the original. I am now in love again. Sorry for the confusion.
