Physical Products: We want you to love your Stitch People products. If you're not completely satisfied with a physical item, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received — unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us at hello@stitchpeople.com and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Digital Products: Because digital patterns and downloads are delivered instantly and can't be "returned" once accessed, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. That said, your satisfaction still matters to us. If something's wrong, let us know at hello@stitchpeople.com and we'll make it right.
