How do I know if I have an account?

If you’ve made a purchase at StitchPeople.com in the past, you have an account.

You can double-check by attempting to reset your password here.

Do I need to create a new account password?

Yes. Because we moved from one system to another, for security reasons we weren’t able to bring over the password from the old system.

You can create a new password for your account by clicking here.

I think I have accounts under multiple email addresses. What do I do?

No worries! It’s not uncommon that you might have made purchases under different email addresses on the old system.

How do I access my digital downloads?

All digital downloads can be found once you’ve logged in to your account!

Click here to access the digital downloads in your account.

If you are prompted to login and don’t know your password, use the Lost Your Password feature to reset it.

Why do I have to login to access my downloads?

As an extra measure of security for you and for our patterns, we’re now requiring that you login to access your digital downloads.

Our previous site didn’t require you to login to access your downloads, but that also meant that patterns were more easily shared with people who hadn’t purchased them.

We know it’s an extra step, and we thank you in advance for your understanding!

I’m missing some of my digital downloads. How do I access them?

Don’t worry, chances are that you simply made purchases using different emails on our previous system. Rest assured, we’ve kept a complete record of all purchases made, so we’ll be able to track down all your downloads if you don’t see them.

Do I still have access to previous event replays?

Absolutely! You can access all your previously purchased events and classes in your account by clicking here!

I don’t see all my events and classes

Don’t worry, chances are that you simply made purchases using different emails on our previous system. Rest assured, we’ve kept a complete record of all purchases made, so we’ll be able to track down all your event purchases if you don’t see them right now.

Why do the events and classes look different?

With the move to our new website, we’ve redone how our event and class replays work. They’re in a new format, which will we’ll continue to refine and make prettier over time!
